Obituary for Romano Chiappetta
God called Romano peacefully on Monday July 20, 2020 at the age of 82. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Ines. Cherished by his dear children, Mirella (Courtney Campbell), Robert (Karen) and Patricia (Oscar Grossi). Proud Nonno to Daniel, Christopher, Selina, Daniela, and Adriano. Romano will always be remembered by his siblings, Ida, and Melina-in Italy. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Public Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday July 23, 2020 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Services for Romano will be private. The government has implemented that all attendees at funerals must always wear a mask.

We can have public visitations with a maximum of 30 people in attendance per visitation room
We can have funerals taking place at the church which allows for up to 100 to 150 people to be in attendance in the Vaughan area (once maximum capacity has been reached no exceptions will be made to allow for more friends to enter)
We can have from 10 people up to 50 people if outdoors in attendance at the cemetery.
We are encouraging all friends to come to the funeral home during the visitation periods if you are comfortable and meet us at the church for the funeral Mass.
We are asking for only the most immediate family members to join us at the funeral home on the funeral day and at the cemetery only.
We encourage all family and friends to leave a message on the memory wall online.
