God called Palmira peacefully on September 5, 2020 at the age of 89. She is now reunited in heaven with her loving husband Armando. Cherished by her dear children, Bruno (Marcellina), Franco (Pia) and Alex. Proud Nonna to Steven, Armando (Pricilla) and Matthew. Adoring great grandmother to Sebastian. Palmira is also reunited in heaven with her brothers Raffaele and Mario. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday September 8, 2020 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday September 9, 2020 10:00am at St. Roch’s Roman Catholic Church (2889 Islington Ave., south of Steeles Ave.). Private family entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Palmira may be made to Sick Kids.
