God called Maria peacefully on August 11, 2020 at the age of 87. She is now reunited in Heaven by her loving husband, Paolo. Maria is predeceased by her beloved brothers and sisters. Cherished by her dear children, John (Bruna) and Anna (Aldo). Proud Nonna to Samantha (James), Alexandra, Sandro, Daniela (Danny), Anthony, and Jessica (Dave). Adoring great bis nonna to Charles, Mikayla, Gabriel, Carys, and Noah. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Friday August 14, 2020 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 15, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ainsley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr). The government has implemented that all attendees at funerals must always wear a mask.
As some of the restrictions are being lifted the Bereavement Authority of Ontario has posted their guidelines of what we are able to do.

We can have public visitations with a maximum of 50 people in attendance per visitation room

We can have funerals taking place at the church which allows for up to 100 to 150 people to be in attendance in the Vaughan area (once maximum capacity has been reached no exceptions will be made to allow for more friends to enter)

We are encouraging all friends to come to the funeral home during the visitation periods if you are comfortable and meet us at the church for the funeral Mass.

We are asking for only the most immediate family members to join us at the funeral home on the funeral day and at the cemetery only.
