God called Mafalda peacefully on April 28, 2020 at the age of 77. She will be forever missed by her loving husband, Franco. Cherished by her dear children Caterina (Vincenzo Luca), and Anna (Victor Araujo). Proud Nonna to Giuseppe (Jaclyn), Isabel, Francesco and Elizabeth. She will always be remembered by her brother Mario (Gabriella), brother-in-law Vincenzo (Caterina) and sister-in-law Anna. Mafalda is now reunited in Heaven with her sisters, Giovanna (Giuseppe), Giuseppina, and brother-in-law Giovanni. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Private family visitation will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332), with a Private family entombment to follow. If so desired, donations in memory of Mafalda may be made to the SickKids Foundation or to the Vaughan Food Bank.
