God called Filomena peacefully on Monday May 11, 2020 at the age of 88. She is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband, Gioacchino and her daughter, Maria. Cherished by her dear children, Emanuele (Natalie), Cecilia (John Palmieri), Vincenzo (Lucy), Giuseppe (Sharon), Sabina (Mike Kareckas) and son-in-law, Carmine Agosta. Proud Nonna to Sofie, Anna (Mark), Menna (Joe), Michelle (Mike), Jaqueline (Adrian), Michael, Vinny, Jack, Jade, Niki, Zoey, and Abbey. Adoring great-grandmother to Ella Francesca, Michael, Joseph, Olivia, Aiden, Marco, Stella and Logan. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Private Family Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332), with a Private Cremation to follow. If so desired, donations in memory of Filomena may be made to the SickKids Foundation.
