Online Condolences at:

The government has implemented that all attendees at funerals must always wear a mask.

As some of the restrictions are being lifted the Bereavement Authority of Ontario has posted their guidelines of what we are able to do.

We can have public visitations with a maximum of 30 people in attendance per visitation room

We can have funerals taking place at the church which allows for up to 100 people to be in attendance in the Vaughan and Toronto area (once maximum capacity has been reached no exceptions will be made to allow for more friends to enter)

We can have from 10 people up to 50 people if outdoors in attendance at the cemetery.

We are encouraging all friends to come to the funeral home during the visitation periods if you are comfortable and meet us at the church for the funeral Mass.

We are asking for only the most immediate family members to join us at the funeral home on the funeral day and at the cemetery only.

We encourage all family and friends to leave a message on the memory wall online.
We continue to pray for all families affected during this most difficult time.

My deepest sympathies to the D’Orazio family. Eugene was one of my department heads at Dante when I started teaching. He was kind and welcoming, allowing a young teacher to figure things out, but always giving a timely word of advice or support when needed. His many students and colleagues will always remember him with admiration, gratitude and fondness. Thank you. God Bless.

Condolences to Mr. D'Orazio's family. I was one of his students at Dante. I always looked forward to going to history class as so many laughs were had. Wonderful memories I will always have. Rest in Peace Sir.

We are so sorry for your loss. Ennio was quite the gentleman, always polite and respectful. May he rest in peace among the angels and family.

To the entire D'Orazio family,
Our deepest condolences and prayers!
We too were pioneer's of Dante Alighieri when the school first opened, and Mr D'Orazio (SIR)
will never be forgotten.
Your legacy will be remembered!
You will always have a special place in my heart!
I pledge this song to you, Sir:

Those schoolgirl days of telling tales and biting nails are gone
But in my mind I know they still live on and on
But how do you thank someone who has taken you from crayons to perfume?
It isn't easy, but I'll try
If you wanted the sky I would write across the sky in letters that would soar a thousand feet high "TO SIR WITH LOVE"

The time has come for closing books and long last looks must end
And as I leave I know that I am leaving my best friend
A friend who taught me right from wrong and weak from strong, that's a lot to learn
What, what can I give you in return?
If you wanted the moon I would try to make a start
But I would rather you let me give my heart.
