God called Antonio “Tony” Urru peacefully on June 11, 2020 at the age of 53. He is now reunited in heaven with his parents Costantino and Maria. Tony will be held dear in the hearts of his children Nicolas and Joshua and their mother Michele, his girlfriend Maria, and his sisters Maurina (Pasquale) and Francesca (Adriano). He will always be remembered by his nieces and nephews Michael, Gabriel, Christopher, Marco, Paolo, Isabella, Stefania and his many friends, too numerous to mention. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Monday June 15, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Private Family Entombment will take place at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy #27, south of Hwy #7). In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tony may be made to the St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation or Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada.
