Obituary for André Rodriguez
It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic passing of our beloved André on Saturday September 12th, 2020 at the young age of 26. Beloved son of Ricardo and Delfina. Cherished brother of Tamara. Devoted and loving partner to Mendy. André will be held dear in the hearts of his many friends and relatives. A visitation will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home “Toronto Chapel” (2080 Dufferin Street, north of Rogers Road 416.656.3332) on Friday September 18th from 4-9 p.m. Due to the restrictions put in place caused by the Covid19 pandemic, Andrés family have made the difficult decision to hold a private funeral for family members only. Friends are welcome to leave online condolences. André will be missed greatly, and forever held in each of our hearts.

The government has implemented that all attendees at funerals must always wear a mask.
As some of the restrictions are being lifted the Bereavement Authority of Ontario has posted their guidelines of what we are able to do.

Public visitations can take place at our Toronto Chapel with a maximum of 40 people in attendance per visitation room.
Funerals may take place at the church which allows for up to 30 percent of the church capacity to be in attendance in the Toronto area. That number depends on the capacity of that specific parish. (once maximum capacity has been reached no exceptions will be made to allow for more friends to enter)
It is mandatory for family and friends attending the church and cemetery to wear masks.
Please bring your mask with you to the church, and cemetery. If you are not wearing a mask, you will not be permitted to attend the service at the church or cemetery.
We can have from up to 100 people if outdoors in attendance at the cemetery.
Each cemetery has their own policies, which may allow or limit these numbers.
We are encouraging all friends to come to the funeral home during the visitation periods if you are comfortable.
We are asking for only the most immediate family members to join us at the funeral home on the funeral day and at the cemetery only.
We encourage all family and friends to leave a message on the memory wall online.
